Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery Rates & Estimates

We provide FREE 5-7 business day shipping. Please note that these are only estimates and your delivery time could be sooner. Accurate shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

A tracking number will be provided on each order. Delivery days are approximate however may vary during peak seasons.

Returns

We have absolute confidence in our products which allows us to give all radblok purchased items a 15-day return policy. This means you have 15-days days after receiving your product to request a return.

To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it (not physically broken or damaged) and in its original packaging.
  • A return authorization must be requested within 15-days of your purchase date.
  • Your order number must be included along with your returned product.

Refunds

Radbolk reserves the right to refuse refund or exchange if the items were subjected to misuse and/or customer accidentally broke the product(s). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 2-5 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take 2-5 business days before your refund is officially posted.
